My heart is heavy over the loss of
"Uncle Bob". Our family respectfully and lovingly called him uncle Bob because although they were best friends, he and my dad were as close as any two brothers ever were. Side-by-side season-ticket holders, rooting on big red for years.
So much to be admired most about Bob D´ Atri. The fact that he had a way of making you feel like you were someone special every time he met you. Or was it that huge smile that seemed to never leave his face? Maybe it was his entrepreneurial spirit. Whatever it was, it made for a very special man that I personally am glad was a part of my life for so many years.
Rest in peace, Uncle Bob knowing that not only will your huge family miss you, but also everyone whose lives you touched.

I met Bob and his wife Rosemary over forty years ago as a result of my friendship with their late son Patrick. It was an introduction to the quintessential Italian American Family and Bob was the ultimate patriarch. I was proud to know him, honored to be part of his extended family of friends and he was an inspiration showing the American dream can come true. Devoted to his family, hard working, dedicated, brilliant in business and innovative Bob D'Atri remains now and forever irreplaceable. Thank you for being the first real family I met in America and for giving my family a warm welcome on their visits here. Love, Peace and Eternal Rest and sincere condolences to Rosie, family and friends. My thoughts are with you. Mandy Johnson and family Annapolis, Maryland.

Never to be replicated Bob D'Atri was a stellar human being, loyal friend, brilliant businessman, dedicated, hardworking who believed in family first and whose infamous white pizza was amazing! We met through his son, my late dear friend Patrick and for many years afterwards I felt part of their world. They were the quintessential Italian-American family with Bob at the helm and I was honored to stand alongside them so many times. They were the first real family I met in America! When my brother and sister visited the US, the D'Atri's led by Bob and Rosie took them to their hearts and the D'Atri legend extended back to Europe in return. Bless you Bob, Rest in Peace forever! Sincere condolences to Rosie, their family and friends from Mandy Johnson and family.
