What a lovely man.
Bob created a garden gate for me out of very old wrought iron pieces 25+ years ago and would ask how it was holding up on any occasion our paths would cross.
I think about him every time I enter or exit my yard.
My thoughts are with you all.

Marilyn, Randy and Family:

Jan and I were very sorry to hear of Bob´s passing. We first met Bob " Big Dawg " and Marilyn Davenport in the early 80´s when I / we joined the Knights of Columbus, #4179. We had a lot of the same interest Fishing, Camping Buying and Selling "Antiques and collectibles" just to name a few. Bob was an extremely interesting guy to talk to as well as listen to. We enjoyed several outings over the years, playing horseshoes. Crappie fishing trips to the Stone House in Shelbyville or just belly up to the clubs bar solving the worlds problems. Bob was an excellent Husband, Father and Gentleman, You did it right Bob. Rest in Eternal Peace Big Dawg.

So sorry to hear about Bob. Knew him from American Legion meetings. A really nice guy. Condolences to his family and know he will be sadly missed.
