Robert W. Davis Sr., 76 of Manchester, NH and formerly a resident of Smiths-Station, Alabama, passed away on March 10, 2025 at Courville Nursing Home.
Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts on January 30,1949, he was the son of the late Robert and Ada (Kimball) Davis. He was preceded in death by his first wife Glenda (Perkins) Davis.
Robert served honorably for 4 years in the United States Navy as a radioman on the USS Sellers.
He created and ran a successful business, International Bio-Medical Services, and in his later years worked for AT&T until retirement.
His love for radios continued throughout his life, as he collected, restored, and operated military and ham radios. Robert loved animals, bird watching, and old Westerns.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Violette Davis and his children; Robert Davis Jr. and his wife Kim, his daughter Karen Guepy and her husband Greg, his son Randy Davis and his wife Katy, his son Brandon Davis and his daughter Brandi Davis, his 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his two sisters, Betty Cassidy and Bonnie Craft, and his brother Rick Davis.
A memorial service will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, April 14,2025 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, NH. Family and friends are invited to attend.
