Robert E. Dolly

Robert E. Dolly, age 66 years, a resident of Harman, WV, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025. He was in his usual health and death was unexpected. He was born September 6, 1959 at Burlington, WV, a son of the late James Dolly and Mable Ross Dolly. On November 7, 2010, he was married to Nicole Arbogast who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Robert E. Dolly (Sammie) of Romney, WV, John Dolly and Willie Dolly (Amanda), all of Keyser, WV; brothers, Kenny Dolly (Beth) of Springfield, OH, Roll Dolly (Judy) and Haise Dolly, all of Keyser, Roger Dolly (Mary), and Donald Dolly (Cindy), all of Burlington, WV. Sisters, Martha Black (Charles), Carol Burns, and Jean Ketterman, all of Burlington, WV; grandchildren, Paris, Lincoln, Clayton, Triston and Willow along with beloved pets, Candy, Chocolate, and Missy Boy also survive. Also preceding him in death were brothers, Cleates, Leroy, Lloyd Dolly; brothers-in-law, Bruce Burns and Steve Ketterman; and sisters-in-law, Mary and Roxie Dolly. Robert drove truck for over thirty years and was employed by Hinkle Trucking Company at the time of his death. He loved spending time with his family, especially his sons and grandchildren, being outdoors, gardening, hunting and fishing.
Friends may call from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Job Church of God near Harman, WV. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday from the church with Pastor Todd Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery at Whitmer, WV. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Job Church of God, 12 Hunt Valley Drive, Harman, WV 26270 in memory of Robert.
