Robert H. Drapeau, 69, of Manchester, died September 11, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Fall River, MA on July 8, 1940, the son of Henry and Yvonne (Lapane) Drapeau and had been a Manchester area resident for over 40 yaers. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. He attended La Salette Seminary in Enfield, MA. He worked as a computer operator for Lockheed Sanders for over thirty years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing. In His Life: Family members include his wife of 44 years, Helene (Ducharme) Drapeau; two sons, Michael Drapeau of Novi, MI and Brian Drapeau of Manchester; two granddaughters, Olivia and Delaney Drapeau, both of MI; and nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., on Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:30. Interment with military honors will take place on Monday at 3:00 PM in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
