Robert Veldon Eaton (Kregert) (61) passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born on August 18, 1964 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Robert was the oldest of three children. He was a high school graduate.
He was a truck driver in his early years. He moved to Salt Lake City for about a year and then moved back to Vernal.
Robert worked for Arctic Circle, Weston Lamplighter, and Walmart.
He was loved by everyone and always made people laugh.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Veldon and Anneliese Eaton, and many aunts and uncles from Germany.
He is survived by his sisters; Andrea (Mitch) Beacham and Monika Chandler, two nephews, three nieces, and ten great nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services for Robert will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 5 PM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
Inurnment will take place Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11 AM at the Vernal Memorial Park.
A Luncheon will follow at the Vernal Elks Lodge at 12 noon.
