Robert Warren England passed away in his home with hospice care on January 17, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

Robert was born on December 7th, 1953, in Luella Kentucky to Oscar and Clara (Benge) England. He had 5 brothers, Autho "Pearl", M.Glen "Hub", John Edgar, Vasco (Pat), and Kenny (Mabel) England. He also had 1 sister, Nanna Vee England. He has been reunited with his kin.

He married the love of his life Penny Sue (Persinger) England on September 29, 1984, and they created a beautiful life together. They had 4 sons, John Author "Jae" England, Robert Warren England II (LeeAnn Nicole), Glen Paul England (Angiela Dawn), and Noah Jackson Brown. They have many grandchildren, Alexis Mae (Nathan Daniel) Neeley, Jaedan Austin, Addieson Nicole, Ellieanna Joyce, Gilen BowDean, Landen Paul, and joined with him his baby granddaughter, Abbiegail Maie England. He also had 3 bonus grandchildren Kaydence Nicole, Kolton Michael, and Brylie Lynn.

He enjoyed riding his Harley, woodworking, spending time with his family, and anything regarding him being outside including gardening, hunting wildlife, mushrooms, and ginseng, and fishing. He loved being in his garage playing pool and making arrowheads. Robert also loved shooting the shit with his longtime friend Thomas D. Callahan and other close friends.

He was a man of many trades including being a semi driver at Moon Freight Lines, Hartley Freight Lines, and Silgas. He also worked in construction for Grays Construction, and he was self-employed concrete and timber. He was board member of New Life Assembly of God and cherished his time there worshipping Jesus Christ with his fellow members. He was also a lifetime member of Vallonia Coon Hunters Club.

Robert loved Jesus and the people he was blessed with to call his family, especially his precious grandbabies. Robert longed to meet our Lord and Savior and to be reunited with his loved ones and so many others that had gone before him.

Funeral Services for Robert will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Steve Hyer officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be given to Hoosier Health & Living Auxiliary, Riley Children's Hospital, or Medora Goes Pink.
