So sorry to hear this. We met Dr. Rob at Crain Vet several years ago. He was always friendly and was a great veterinarian. Prayers for his family.

I never really knew him well, but he impacted my life greatly.
My family struggled a lot growing up and never had much to celebrate the holidays with. But, one year we came home on Christmas and there were gifts for all of us (a family of 8) and there was so much joy that year because it was our own little Christmas Miracle. I never shared with my family, but I knew that those gifts came from Crain Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Rob and his father donated the money so that my family could have the best Christmas of my childhood, and I've always been so thankful for them for such a generous gift and for showing Jesus to a bunch of kids that they didn't even know.

Kendra, you have seemed like a member of our family for a long time. My late husband and I, your close friend Michelle's "Uncle John and Aunt Gae," saw and heard a lot of you at her house as you two were growing up together. We were very fond of you and thought you were an outstanding young woman. It has been a few years since I have seen you, but it does not diminish the sorrow I feel for you and your family at such a tragic, unexpected loss. You are in my heartfelt thoughts and prayers. May your faith and cherished memories sustain you.

Rob was such a pleasant man. When I would bring my dogs in we would tease each other about the KU-MU rivalry in a fun way.

I pray his family will forever know how much his tender heart was appreciated by the people bringing in their animals for his care.

My heart is broken for this loss. I love Dr. Robin and Doctor Jerry. Their veterinary practice is a compassionate and family experience. They helped pay through the passing of multiple dogs who are like family members. They come to your home they send you sympathy cards. They care about your animals. And I got to know them very well. And Rob was excellent. My heart breaks for his mother and father. They should be proud of the legacy that he left behind. And we in Blue Springs and Green Valley deeply mourn his passing. I just wish there was something I could do. But he will forever be in my heart my favorite Vet. Dr. Rob was a awesome veterinarian he will be truly missed. Sending condolences to the family and his parents for comfort, strength and peace.

This man saved my cat Aisen in 2019. I am forever grateful and terribly sad to hear of his passing.
