WEST LIBERTY – Robert "Bob" Leon Eubanks, 75 of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025. In accordance with Bob's wishes, no services will be held. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at Dayton National Cemetery. Services entrusted to FRESHWATER, MCDONALD & VERNON Funeral Homes, North Lewisburg, Ohio.
