Robert Allen Ezzo, 80, of Clinton Township, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024, in the comfort of his home.
He was born September 3, 1943, in Detroit, the son of the late Earl and Frances (Hill) Ezzo.
His marriage to Janet Ann Vermander was April 6, 1963, at San Francesco Catholic Church, Clinton Township.
Robert worked as union carpenter for Howard Pingston Company for 40 years, where he topped out as a superintendent, before his retirement. He enjoyed dirt biking, trail ridding, camping in the northern woods of Michigan, and antique cars. More than anything, Robert loved making memories with his family and friends.
Surviving in addition to his wife Janet of 60 years are his children, William (Roxanne), Robert, Daniel (Carla), and Janet (David) Kamsickas; grandchildren, Brooke (Tyler), Sage, Aaron, Andrew, Owen, Isaac, Spencer, and Grace; great-grandchildren, Theodore and Thatcher; siblings, Earl (Judy) Ezzo, Mary Kay Fournier, and George Ezzo, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Ezzo.
The family honors the memory of Robert and invites you to a Rite of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024, at San Francesco Catholic Church, Clinton Township, with 9:30 a.m. visiting. Fr. Dino Vanin, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Clinton Township.
Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
