I was saddened to learn of Bob's passing. Bob and I were close friends and classmates at Volga, SD High School and at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD. Bob & I were 2 shy country boys as we entered High School after attending Grade School in Country school houses. But, we both came out of our shell and became upstanding citizens and contributors to society.
I am so very proud of Bob as he matured in the Federal Food & Drug Administration. He became one of the top Administrators in the FDA in Washington D C.
I cherish the memory of Bob and I want to extend sincere condolences to his family
