I met Bob in 1981. He was my first sale in my
Real Estate career. 11 Adams St., Charlestown. I loved his spirit and his love of
Boston. We lived on the same park, he was a great neighbor, friend and just a great person.
I am soooo honored to have been his friend and neighbor and his broker. He was the salt of the earth!! I was out of the country at the time of his death, but I was so sad to miss his
passing from here to heaven that I was so happy to receive this email as I could say what I wanted to last year. He was truly an exceptional person and I am so happy to have
shared part of his life with him.

I was a nanny to Bob's children for a very short time in 1973 and just want to say what a gentleman he was, I'm sure he will be missed by so many. Best wishes to the children. Beryl Wilson (Davey)

Mr Fitzgerald we will never forget you!
Fitzie you are together with Willy and both at peace I am Sure!
Fitzgerald Children, I remember meeting you as youngsters when our parents would meet up at the Cape. My Dad being Paul's God Father, coining the name, "Best One". My parents, Bill & Lee were your parent's good friends. Your Dad was an extended family member of our families, God Father to my brother Brian and always attending anything involving a Lynch family reunion.
We were saddened to hear of your father's passing. He was a good friend to both my parent's and a great asset to our family reunions and celebrations.
Having lost our father 8 years ago, I know your sense of loss and displacement. You will keep him alive in the memories of your children, his grandchildren. He was a great man who gave so much. Like my Dad - they are one of a kinds - except they are alike in so many ways. I have to believe my Dad was there greeting Fitzie and they are there both looking out for the rest of us...so watch out!
The entire Lynch Clan sends you our condolences and wants you to know we feel your loss. Wishing you peace and solace. Your Parents live on through you and your children and on and on and on...
With Deepest Sympathy
Lee Lynch

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob when we both attended Babson College and completed our MBA requirements together in 1959. We were a small group of about 30 students in the 2nd year program along with a very talented group of selected US Army officers also earning their MBA degrees. Bob was a classy guy and a friend to all and it was always a pleasure to meet him again every so often as our paths crossed in downtown Boston. My condolences to his family and sadness at seeing him go.

I first met Bob in the fall of 1981. I had just started in real estate and my first sale was selling Bob 11 Adams St in Charlestown, across the street from my house on the historic Training Field. The house needed everything and Bob was enthusiastic about getting it done and moving into the city.
We became friends through the sale and then as neighbors. He was always a gentleman and a delight to do business with. Over a number of years, I
sold houses to him and for him. I am so sad to hear that he has left us.
Even though I have not been able to stay in touch with him, I have thought of him often. I knew that he was certainly not in the best of health, but I
just thought of him as being there, wherever "there" was. I'm sad that I was not able to say goodbye to him or see him in recent months.
My condolences go to his children and grandchildren.
For me he was one of those friends that you may not see for a long period of time but when you did, it was just like picking up where you left off without any time lapse. I will miss him. Love and blessings to Bob's family.

My sympathy to Bobby, Maria, Paul & Rose.
Your Dad was a great guy. Very kind and always had a great heart.
I was lucky enough to babysit during one summer in the mid-sixties. Lots of fun, (with your uncles, Jack & Fred) sun, beach, Kennedy compound and met a lot of nice people through your Mom and Dad, including your cousin Susan Facey Shine.
Will never forget that smile...
RIP, Bob.
