Robert Chavez Flores, 68, of Wichita Falls, TX, passed away peacefully at home on March 8, 2026 surrounded by his family.
Robert was born on April 18, 1957 to Carlos Trevino Flores and Patsy Chavez Flores.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M on Monday March 16, 2026 at Crotty Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Alvarado officiating.
Visitation will be held on Sunday March 15, 2026 at Crotty Funeral Home.
Robert was a loving husband to his sweetheart, Angelina, for 43 years and a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending his time watching NASCAR and football, fishing with family, taking road trips to visit his tias, tios, and cousins. Robert was a truck driver for most of his life until 2009 when he underwent major brain surgery to remove a meningioma tumor. He was also a man of faith and instilled The Lord into his daily life, children, and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children: daughter, Francisca Renee Flores, son, Robert Chavez Flores JR(wife Alana Lopez Flores), daughter, Kristian Nicole Ayala(husband Rene Alex Ayala). Grandchildren: Carlos Alfonso Lopez Flores, Raleigh Diana Ayala, Cesario Robert Flores, Carmen Alicia Angelina Flores, Maddex Antonio Ayala. Additionally, Robert will be mourned by his brothers, David Flores(partner Mary) and Augustine Flores(wife Maria), and sister, Christina Flores. Also, mourned by his brother-in-laws, Marcelo Aguillon, and Miguel Aguillon (wife Brandy), sister-in-law, Laura Gross Aguillon, brother-in-law, David Herrera. Robert will be missed dearly but will remain forever in our hearts. Until we meet again in the arms of our Savior
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Carlos Trevino Flores(October 25, 2002) and Pasty Chavez Flores(August 13, 2007), his brother, Daniel Chavez Flores(September 11, 2008) and his wife, Angelina Aguillon Flores (April 15,2025), mother-in-law, Francisca Mendoza Aguillon (March 24, 2009), and father-in-law, Santiago C. Aguillon (August 5, 1981).
Burial will be at Temple Garden of Memories in Temple, Texas
Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Belton will be in charge of services.
