Robert Wesley Foster

Robert Wesley Dean Foster, age 50, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025 at his residence. Robert was born December 30, 1974 in Poplar Bluff, MO, son of the late David Wesley Foster and Judyth Mae Green Penaflor. He was very creative and an excellent artist. He was gentle spirited and will be remembered as a best friend and brother. He is survived by three children: Joseph Foster, Matthew Foster, and Kloey Foster; four grandchildren: Emberley, Brynlee, Delaney, and William Foster. 5 siblings: Michelle Foster, David Foster, Deana Foster Roberts, Diane Foster Camden, Debi Foster VanBibber; four nieces: Tosha Roberts, Kelsea Mack, Johanna Richards, Cassandra Richards; and three nephews: Jedidiah Richards, Ryan Camden and Joshua Camden.
