Just found Bob's obit and need to say some things about him on my husband's Carl Yeager's behalf . Bob was a loyal and genuine friend to Carl through thick and thin. Bob faithfully visited Carl when he became ill and housebound. He would often drop by for Sunday dinner and would so enjoy everything that it did my heart good to watch him eat ! His almost childlike appreciation for simple things in life was refreshing. He loved th Three Stooges, The Outer Limits...and many other old movies and shows. Bob was a gentle soul. He was a kind and soulful man. I hope he and Carl are together again .. quoting Twig light Zone episodes

I miss you "Robertovich". You were my friend for fifty years. You were the better man, and better friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. I worked with him in the 5th District. He was RPC 512 and I was sometimes RPC 516. Our sectors boarded one another. Such a nice man and a great officer. May he rest in Paradise.

I never met P/O Geisel but live in the 5th district and thought his family might like to read all the kind comments posted about him. He was fondly remembered by many, it seems he really cared about community policing. RIP
