Robert Michael "Bob" Glasgow

Robert Michael Glasgow, lovingly known as Bob, passed away on February 28th, 2026, in Billings, Montana, at the age of 86 with his family by his side.

Bob was born on May 16, 1939, to William Henry Glasgow and Wilhelmina Glasgow (Rung), in Billings, MT, and here he remained for his entire life, becoming an integral part of the community and the lives of many.

Bob was a devout Catholic, serving from his childhood as an altar boy, and as a part of the Catholic congregation until COVID. Bob went to Little Flower Catholic grade school and graduated from Billings Central Catholic High School.

In adulthood, Bob obtained an associate's degree in diesel mechanics, later working as an HVAC sheet metal specialist throughout his life.

Bob met the beautiful Vylo Raye Albers, and they married on June 17, 1962, in Billings, Montana. They spent a wonderful life together, raising their family, sharing many memories and moments, until Vylo Raye's passing in 2012.

Bob was passionate about landscaping, especially loving his rose garden, spending many hours tending and growing his roses. Bob was a "rose breeder" and won many first-place blue ribbons for those very roses!

Bob was preceded in death by his parents William and Wilhelmina, as well as his wife Vylo Raye.
