Robert Hamma Obituary
He was born on July 15, 1951 in Morristown, New Jersey and was a son of the late Robert L. and Mary Brisgal Hamma. Robert was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard Hamma and a sister, Patricia Hamma.
He retired in 2017 from Minteq in Dover after 46 years of dedicated service. Robert enjoyed music, and could play the drums, piano and organ quite well. In his younger days, he played golf, and he always loved watching the Cleveland Browns and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Robert is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dale Gibbens Hamma, whom he married on November 17, 1973; siblings, Michael (Anna) Hamma of Texas, Mary Jo Hamma of New Philadelphia, Laurie (Lorin) Kinsey of Gnadenhutten.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. Per Robert's wishes, there will be no services or calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society at 1432 Tall Timber Rd NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital a 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.
