Dear Mr Herman, I have so many fond memories of you from the late 60´s and early 70´s!! Of you, Alma Fajans and my mother, Alyce Crafton Vaitkus in the kitchen working on that She Crab soup recipe and of I and her 5 children sitting there at those picnic tables piled high with crabs and of us all doing our homework and the sneaking out on the jetty to walk on those big rocks and you coming to get us to come back inside! We all loved your place and spent so many hours there...thank you for all the wonderful memories!! You and your Lighthouse will and are greatly missed! My condolences to your family for your loss! RIP sir.

Mr. Robert Herman, May you find peace. Your help and support over 50 years as a boss and a friend will always be remembered. You were a tough task master, everything I learned about being a good employee, I learned from you. I passed those qualities on to others. Thank You
