Robert Hobson Obituary
Robert Lee Hobson, age 68 of Chapel Hill, TN passed away November 25, 2025 in Nashville, TN. Robert was born September 3, 1957 in Sacramento, CA to the late Robert Junior Hobson and Leonora Lee Lizzari Hobson. He was preceded in death by 7 siblings.
Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He enjoyed the memories with his family and the joy they brought him. Robert could be found outdoors enjoying nature and gardening. He was known to ride his Harley Davidson, help others, and being very sociable. Robert never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone. Robert loved cooking and would smoke meats and enjoyed cooking BBQ. He loved listening to Classic Rock and Roll music. He also had a passion for Hot- Rod Cars.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Karen Hobson; sons, Chris (Melissa) Hobson and Josh (Christina) Hobson; grandchildren, Lily, Mason, and Cooper Hobson; sisters, Sandy (Ron) Fetterley, Anna Jorgenson; several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM Monday, December 1, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends from 11AM until 1PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.
Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
