Robert William Holtman, age 71, born June 25, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Bill and Jean Holtman, peacefully passed away, while surrounded by family, on February 14, 2024.
Beloved husband of Marie L. (Devereux), grateful stepfather of James Devereux, William (Carrie) Devereux, blessed grandfather of Brielle and Porter Devereux, adored pup dad of Gidget, embraced son-in-law of the late William and Joyce Lind, welcomed brother -in-law of the late Barbara Blanch and Eric Lind.
Dearest brother of Diane (Dennis) Owens, Arlene (deceased), Linda, Karen (Paul) Lehman, and Michael (deceased). Nephew of Joan (Alvin, deceased) Bohrer. Fun loving uncle of Marla, Alissa (Tom), Katrina, Sean (deceased), Anneliese (Aiden), Steve (Miranda), Mark (Michelle), Jon (Sheryl), Jessica (Nate), P.J. (Cara), Adam (Stacie), Meggin (Nick), and Jennifer (Daniel). Great uncle, cousin and dear friend to many.
Bob graduated from Midpark High School in 1971 and retired from the City of Brook Park at age 45. He met his future wife while playing cards on the internet, moved to Vermont in 2003, and was happily married for 17 years.
Bob loved telling stories about driving a school bus for the Shrewsbury and Mill River School Districts. He was a die-hard Cleveland Brown's fan, enjoyed golfing, playing cards, attending Neil Diamond concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church, 6455 Engle Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44142. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park.
