Whenever we return to Hport, we always expect to see Bob sitting in his usual corner spot. However, I'm sure he is still keeping watch on the village from above. Good memories.

It saddens us to learn we will no longer see Bob sitting in his usual spot on Lake Street when we return for our annual summer visit. I'm so glad I stopped to visit him in July. Our sincere condolences to your family. He was very proud to tell me of his children as he caught me up on your activities. Bob was a special man and he will be missed by many. In fact, Bob surely is still on "watch" from above.

I'm worried about Hammondsport-who is going to be on neighborhood watch?
Bob'S sense of humor was only one of his gifts-his caring considerate thoughtful insights were gifts to so many. He was an extremely intelligent gentleman with deep caring for so many-including his Maggie-for almost 15 years he was my best friend and I will miss him so deeply.Rest in peace my special friend..

Bob Hunn - one of the nicest most kind hearted men Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. As I reflect on the last few decades of my life, I cant help but feel ashamed of all the times I drove past the house and thought about pulling in to say hello. Always in a hurry to get somewhere, next time I think to myself. Weeks have a way of turning into months into years. Now Ive lost the opportunity and it makes me sad. Plenty of fond memories - I will never be able to pick up a pepper shaker without thinking of Mr Hunn. Ill miss you Bob.

To the Hunn family:
When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May the wonderful treasures fill your hearts with love and bring you peace. May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time of grief. (Hosea 13:14) May the memories of those days gone by, sustains you and warm your hearts in the days and years ahead. My deepest condolences.

You were a wonderful, caring man. I spent a lot of time at your house with growing up with Sandy. You always treated me like I was one of the family. You will be missed by many people with your passing. Thoughts and special prayers for your family. RIP Bob

So many memories! We will especially cherish all the family times, Saturday morning breakfasts and sitting with you in your garage on neighborhood watch. Love you!
