Barbara Perry
December 25, 2025
It's almost a year now, and it breaks my heart to read this obituary. The last time we spent time together was at Dot Tighe's house in Parlin along with Anna, my Mom, Vera, Dot, and Liz. Treasured memories of family weekends at your parents house in South Bound Brook. Miss those times

As a cousin, I have fond memories of spending quality time with Bob, Anna, and the boys at Aunt Gladys and Uncle Sonny's house in South Bound Brook for family weekend gatherings for years. The last time we saw Bob and Anna was at Dot Tighe's house in Parlin, NJ along with my Mom, Vera Huttemann Bahr. Bob was a special guy who loved his family dearly. God Bless! May the good Lord provide the courage and strength to prevail. May he rest in peace. Hugs to the family.

Our sorrow and prayers to Anna and family. WE missed the notices and just today learned of Bob's passing. We had so much in common having lived for two years in SB while working at BTL first at MH, then at AL . Part of our Thin Film Christmas luncheon group with now only a few alive. Bob will be in our memories forever. May he rest in peace and the family know all the JOY he brought to us and his fellow BTL co workers. Carl and Nancy Kemmerer

A Tribute to a Remarkable Scoutmaster
Today, I pause to honor the memory of a man who shaped not just my journey through Scouting but the very foundation of who I am. Mr. Huttemann was more than a leader; he was a guide, a teacher, and a steady hand, always there to encourage, challenge, and uplift.
Under his watchful eye, I navigated the path to Eagle Scout-a journey marked by lessons in perseverance, leadership, and service. He didn´t just teach the knots and skills; he instilled values that will forever anchor me: integrity, selflessness, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether it was enduring a long hike, problem-solving in the field, or simply listening when life felt uncertain, his unwavering dedication reminded us all what it means to truly give of oneself.
His belief in my potential was steadfast, even when I doubted myself. He saw the best in everyone, finding ways to bring out their strengths while leading by example with quiet humility. It´s this legacy-his willingness to go above and beyond, no matter the circumstances-that continues to inspire me to this day.
May his soul forever embrace the splendor of the wilderness, finding peace among the towering pines and the rustle of leaves. He spent his life fostering growth and love for the outdoors, and I have no doubt that his spirit will forever be at home in the beauty of nature.
Thank you, kind Sir, for everything. Your lessons are eternal, your impact immeasurable, and your memory forever cherished.
An Eagle, circa 1974, thanks to you.
