Robert L. Icenhower, age 61, of Massillon, died Saturday, March 29, 2003, at Aultman Hospital, in Canton, after a sudden illness.

He was born July 18, 1941, in Reedsville, Ohio, and had resided in Massillon most of his life. He had worked as a Laborer at Quality Casting Co. for 10years, retiring on Disability . He was a member of the Croation Club.

He is survived by Wife, Catherine (Tootie) Icenhower of Massillon, OH, 2 Daughters, Tina Lynn Icenhower of Massillon, OH, and , Jean (Icenhower) Fournier of Massillon, OH, 1 Brother-in-law, Sonny Whitten of Tippecanoe, OH, 3 Brothers, William Icenhower of Burton City, OH, David and( Lisa ) Icenhower of Brewster, OH, and Terry Icenhower of Promroy, OH, 2 Sisters and brother in Laws , Carol and (Allen) Wines of Orrville, OH, and Janice and (Bud) Haas of Massillon, OH, 4 Grandchildren, Preceded in death by: Father, Bernard Icenhower, Mother, Mae (Smith) Icenhower, Son, Robert Jr.Icenhower (1996) , Son, Daniel Icenhower, Sister, Linda Whitten (2002), and Sister-in-law, Patricia Icenhower, .

Funeral services will be at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel 04/02/2003 Wednesday at 1:00 P M. with Rev. Ron Farnsworth officiating. Burial will be in Dalton Cemetery, Dalton, Ohio Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM on Tuesday April 1, 2003 and on Wednesday April 2, 2003 from 11:00 AM until the time of services. Wednesday at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel.
