Robert C. "Bob" Ide

My first memory of cousin, Bob, is the same as that of cousins, Russ (named after my dad, Russell Hintz) and Roger. Our grandparents had R,R&R´s 3 individual pictures hanging in their home. It was just before Bob was drafted. I was 8 years old at the time. Bob´s photo was the same one used above. I always wished we all had lived closer. My best hope was that they could be my brothers! Mary, my thoughts & prayers are with you & your extended family. Jenny, Jim & I remember with fondness your trip to Miami. Roger & Jean you remain in my thoughts always. Mary Anne

I enjoyed the interactions with Robert Ide and recall the gleam in his eye and the crook in his smile as he unwound a tale of his past.

Bob has made a difference in so many lives. I'm grateful to have been his brother.
