Robert James Ingram

Robert J. Ingram, 69, of Garfield, NJ, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Beloved husband of Diane Ingram (née: Mazzone). Devoted son of the late William Theodore and Rose Marie (née: Murray) Ingram. Loving brother of James and his wife Geriann Ingram and the late William Ingram. Cherished son-in-law of the late Anita and Dominick Mazzone. Dear brother-in-law of Dominick and his wife Donna Mazzone. Proud uncle of James and his wife, Marina Ingram, Amanda and her husband, Dave Pavlos, Meaghan Murray, Brendan Murray, Dominick Mazzone, Alexandra Mazzone, Juliana and her husband, Greg Keeney, Isabella Mazzone and Sophia Mazzone. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, and his furry canine child, Pebbles.
Mr. Ingram worked as a leak inspector for PSE&G, Clifton, NJ, for 33 years retiring 14 years ago. After retiring, he worked for NFS, National Field Service, Rockland, NY, for 10 years retiring last year. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending his free time hunting and fishing. Robert was a faithful fan of the NY Yankees and the Las Vegas Raiders.
Family and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 4-8 P.M. at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, Inc., 274 Market Street, Elmwood Park, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 10 am. Cremation to follow at Cedar Lawn Crematory, Paterson, NJ.
