Robert David Jacox, age 74, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024. Robert graduated from Lake Odessa High School in Michigan. After school, he enlisted in the Army serving in the Vietnam war and as well in Germany. He studied at Lansing Community College and became a Master Mechanic. Loved ones describe Robert as a simple man who was kind and loving. Bob was so proud to see all of his children graduate and start their own journey in life. Some of his favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing, and he had great interest in old farming equipment, how they were built and used. His absolute favorite thing to do was spend time with his grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his wife Penny and one sister Ellen Jacox. He is also survived by his stepchildren (whom he loved as his own), Karri Ackley, D'Wayne Ackley, Nick Ackley and Lonnie Ackley, Jr., his 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
