Of Wheatfield, NY, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025. Born November 28, 1950, in Buffalo, NY, son of late Aloysius and Genevieve [Chwojdak] Kalenik, Robert graduated Bishop Timon High School & Niagara County Community College and received certificates from Niagara University & UB School of Management. He was Transportation & Logistics Manager for various companies, including Graphic Controls, Silipos, Bernzomatic, and JR Products and was a long-standing member of Knights of Columbus Council #3875 in South Buffalo. Bob also worked as an Off-Ice Official for the National Hockey League for over 40 years where he was Scoring System Manager supporting the Buffalo Sabres. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Pauline F. [Rundle] Kalenik; a brother, Thomas (Pauline) Kalenik; his children, Kevin (Darlene) Kalenik, Robert (Megen) Kalenik, Mary Beth (Steve) Kull, Tanya Lyn Little, and Guy Robert (Janelle) Little, eight grandchildren, several nieces & nephews, and his beloved family pet, Phryne.
