Bob worked in computer programming in the early days of computers. He worked at Johnson and Johnson, City of Sherman, City of Carrollton, Grayson County and Dallas County Appraisal Districts, and Austin College. He was an instructor for a short time at Grayson County Junior College.
Bob is survived by his three children, Michelle Chesser, Wade Kannenberg (Rose) and Chad Kannenberg (Jane); one sister, Karess Lappe; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two nieces.
A family graveside service will be held Monday, December 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Denison, Texas.
The family would like to thank Grayson Court Assisted Living and Heart 2 Heart Hospice for their care and compassion.
