Robert Vincent Kent

Mr. Robert V. Kent, age 74, of Ballston Lake, formerly of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loved ones, on March 19, 2026. 

Born on September 4, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York, Robert was the son of the late Ralph and Margaret Kent. He spent many formative years in Syracuse, New York, before eventually settling in the Ballston Lake area. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Robert served his country with dedication and honor. Those who knew him best will remember him as a hard worker and a man of few words, though he possessed a sharp sense of humor and a deep, unwavering love for his family. 

He is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, several children, and multiple grandchildren. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and acknowledgments to those who stood by Robert and offered support during this time, especially his closest family members, to whom he was profoundly devoted. 

Interment will be held on April 1, 2026, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Robert will be laid to rest with military honors at the Gerald B.H.
