This is WAY late, but for some reason, Bob has been in my thoughts recently and I looked him up on Google. Sad to see that he had passed.
I went to Basic Training and shared a barracks room with Bob at Ft Leonard Wood, MO back in 1966. He was a great guy to be around. Right after we finished, we returned on leave to Minnesota and myself and another fellow drove down from the Twin Cities on the brand new I-35 to visit Bob in Waldorf.
We all went our separate ways after that and sadly never connected again. I will always remember his terrific smile and fun personality.

My condolences to Susan and family. I always enjoyed talking with Bob. He was a lot of fun and buddy of Loren's.
