Scott was a kind and caring brother and friend. He was an encouragement to me at times in my life when I needed it.
Scott had a special gift for making friends. He also had a great memory of childhood events. I will miss the reminiscing we shared over the years.
He had a love for his family, and years ago, when one of our grandmothers became seriously ill in Michigan, he left Florida to assist my aging grandfather in her care.
Scott believed in the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe his faith in the Lord Jesus gave him the grace and dignity he demonstrated during his difficult health problems.
I miss Scott, and mourn his loss. But I am comforted in knowing that God's Word says: "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord" (2 Cor. 5:8). I look forward to seeing my brother Scott in Heaven one day.
I hope all family members and friends, will consider the comfort God offers us, through faith in His Son the Lord Jesus, and in His Word. There is no better comfort than the Lord's.
"Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted" Matthew 5:4

Gator, as I first met him, Turned into my love. We were childhood sweethearts for many years. Later to know him as Scott. We were together for years and shared many memories that Scott and I only share with one another. He was not only a handsome guy, but a very caring and kind person. He grew fond of my family and stayed close to my Dad. Even though we kind of got in trouble at times. .Scott I will miss you dearly, and if your listening you know what I'm talking about! I loved you then and always have. I'll be there to say my final good bye to you and I will see you in Heaven one day. You were the only one to give me those dog on butterflies in my stomach. ♀. Love you "Gator"
