All I can say is we loved him to the core. His presence and Ruthie's in our home was a blessing every time they came here.
As a little girl, Robert let me ride in the 'power wagon' with him. When we forded Birch Creek you could see water thru a couple floor boards. I was thrilled for such an adventure.
