Papaw Bob taught me to ride a bike with no training wheels. He wouldn't let me give up until I had it perfected. It was one of the most profound life lessons I learned. Life doesn't come with training wheels. I love you and miss you Papaw.

The last time I saw my grandpa was after my mother's passing. He and I spent most of that day widdling wood. I didn't get as many years as I would have like to spend time with him, but when I did; he was always warm and welcoming and ready to teach me something new. I love you grandpa.
