Robert Lawson Obituary
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary Susan Rumpf Lawson and their children; Melyssa Dove and Seth Lawson. He is also survived by his children's families, including his grandsons: Hunter, Luke, and Lane Dove, and other extended family.
Robert was a farmer, working on the family farm for decades, mostly running some livestock and small grains, focusing on wheat in more recent years. He was a fan of the Allman brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and was even fortunate enough to have seen Led Zeppelin in concert. He had a dry wit and could not help but share a story or three, but above all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to those closest to him.
He was laid to rest in a private graveside service, during a snowfall, as he would have wanted.
