Robert E. Lee, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 in his residence. He was born to Ernest Lee and Betty (Austin) Lee in Terre Haute on August 10, 1957. Robert was self-employed and enjoyed working on and trading lawnmowers. He was known lovingly as "The Lawnmower Man".

Robert was a member of the NRA and enjoyed going to Wolfe's Auctions. He was always ready to help anyone who needed it. Robert was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Robert is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother, Gary Lee.

Robert is survived by his great-aunt, Linda Seacrest; sister, Linda Lee; nieces and nephews, Tiffanie Neice (Paul), Shawn Hauger (Christy), Hannah Lee, Bethany Lee, Nathaneal Lee, and Timothy Lee; several great nieces and nephews and cousins.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He has been a very good friend and neighbor for many years. He was a friend of my husbands before I ever came to Terre Haute and a very good friend to me. His kindness and help will be remembered as long as I live. Ruth Johnson
