Bob was a devoted husband to his wife, Joanne, for nearly 60 years, a proud father of three, Patty Lentz, Sandy Howard (Jeff) and Bob Lentz (Teresa), a beloved grandfather of six, and a brother of five. He was known for his strong work ethic, love of the small business he built, and the way he always showed up for his family.
Family meant everything to Bob. His kids knew him as the dad who would drop whatever he was doing to support them. His grandkids knew him as someone who loved to joke and share a laugh. He also had a special appreciation for birds, especially owls and hummingbirds, which brought him a lot of enjoyment over the years.
Bob leaves behind his wife Joanne, his three children, six grandchildren, and two siblings, all of whom will carry forward the love, humor, and values he shared with them.
A visitation for Bob will be held Tuesday, March 10th, from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, at Yurs Funeral Home of Saint Charles, 405 East Main Street. Funeral service to immediately follow.
