Robert Lee Limbeck

Robert Lee Limbeck, 85, died on January 16, 2023 while under the care of Haven Hospice in Chiefland, FL. He was born on June 2, 1937 in Kendallville, Indiana and was the son to the late Harley A. Limbeck and Margaret (Long) Limbeck. Bob moved to Inglis from Morrisville, PA in the 1990's. He was a United States Air Force veteran of Korea serving from 1956-1959. While serving at McGuire AFB, he met and married his late wife of fifty two years, Sheila (Bedner) Limbeck who passed in 2011. He worked in civil service for the US Army at Fort Dix, NJ for over 30 years, retiring in 1993. While living in Inglis, Bob was a member of the Presbyterian Church, American Legion and the N.R.A. In his leisure time, Bob enjoyed fishing, loving his cat, collecting firearms, repairing old pocket watches and working around his home.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Limbeck.

Those left to cherish his memories are his sons, Robert Limbeck, Jr. (Nancy) and Jeffrey Limbeck (Vivian); and three granddaughters.
