My first and everlasting memory of Rob is he made everyone feel like he had known them for years. I moved from a terminal in Iowa to the General Office in 1986. Within just a few days, I encountered Rob. Obviously, I was a stranger... for about 10 minutes. I encountered Rob and coming from a small Iowa town, he made me feel welcome, accepted and at ease. A really good man.
