Robert Matte Obituary
He will be dearly missed by his loved ones and friends. Those who knew him well, knew there was no challenge he wouldn't meet, and excel at. Now, the challenge for those left behind will be to learn to live life without him.
He is survived by his loving wife of thirty-four years, Denice Matt; his son, Jamison Matt and wife Melissa; his brother, Anthony "Tony" Matte and wife Tracy; his sister, Angie Vidrine and husband Rogers "James" Vidrine, Jr; his step-brother, Todd Wedlake.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara LeJeune Matte; his father and step-mother, Harold and Grace Tarkington Matte; his infant sister, Mary Matte; his step-brother, Ricky Wedlake.
