RACINE - Robert Eugene McDougal passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 21, 2026, surrounded by his beloved family.
Funeral services will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 12 noon. There will be a visitation at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service. Bob will be laid to rest beside his wife at West Lawn Memorial Park in a private ceremony.
