We're so sad to hear of Bob's passing. Recalling his supportive and generous nature, we will always remember him as Beaconwood's "Adopted Uncle Bob."

Bob was a kind and generous man that I enjoyed being with. I was always late, he was always early. I was always calm, he was always disquieted. Bob was funny, strong and would help anyone that would give him a story that all of us would question. He was a kind soul. I hope he is resting in peace.

Bob was truly an inspiration to all the youth in the neighborhood. He showed how much he cared through his encouragement and support of them and their families. We are so grateful to have known him and he will be missed very much.

Bob was a generous and kind person. I will always treasure the sculpture he made me out of brake shoes and other car parts. He delivered this heavy sculpture to my home. He helped me get my home decor into clean and artistic. I was an art teacher who lived in South Euclid at the time. Rest in peace Bob.

Bobby, was a great cousin and such a dedicated and very serious worker. When he started to do a job he would go silent and not say a word, concentrate on what he was doing and it was to perfection. He helped my father build our house on Wilson Mills road in the 50's and he did most of the laying of bricks. I always enjoyed being around Bob,
He visited us in Southern California in the 80's and was already drawing plans for a deck on our house to increase the view. He could never relax and always had to keep doing something. What a guy.
I miss you and Love you my cousin, you were truly unique and a one of a kind. Jimmy

Dear Joan and Bruno, saw the obit in today's paper and so shocked. So many memories came flooding back of our times together working on the Beaconwood house, tiling the roof for days. Bob was a such a gentle person and so generous. Sad he passed in these difficult times. Hope all of your family are doing well.

Bob was a great friend, a giving person, a person always ready to help others, a person who always supported young people and their education. I will always cherish our time together. He was a tribute to the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Kent State University.
