I am so sorry for your loss. My name is Leon Lachney. I met him when he was very young in his teens and started playing we play to gether for a long time. He is a very very good guitar player he will be missed

I played with Robert a long time.I use to go and pick him up to go play.He was worth picking up.I will miss him a lot.I was also a guitar playerand still playing.

I recently learned, from a relative of Robert, that he had passed, nearly a couple of years ago . I was in a band in Avoyelles parish with Robert in the mid 70's I was the drummer. You could quickly see that Robert was a very talented guitar player, who "shined" above anybody else with his playing abilities. As I am also 57 I still play drums and classic rock , and still think about how "GOOD" Robert was at that time. I had not spoken to . or seen Robert ,
since those early days, but He was someone SPECIAL and will be missed..
