I will remember you forever. I miss you already.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of my mentor, Dr. Merrill.
I know how proud I was one of his students, he was a wonderful teacher and inspiration to so many.
The wisdom he helped bring to so many will live on long after him.
It is with such sadness that I offer my sympathy your loss.

How to celebrate your life and honor your legacy? The only way I can think of is to be more like you: being curious and innovative, showing interest for other's cultures, listening to offer prompt advise, and supporting the growth of others. I think you did discover the secret of staying around, by impacting many of us! Big hug!

Dr Merrill was a beacon of knowledge, compassion and most importantly integrity. Lucky were we to have been guided by such an amazing man. Let us remember and honor him and practice in the way that would make him proud.

Dr. Merrill. Thank you for all that you did for the residents and our field. You will be greatly missed and remembered. You are in my heart and I will always be grateful to you. You were such a kind, compassionate and intelligent man. No one quite like you in this whole world. May your family be blessed and May you Rest In Peace.

My greatest sympathy for Lewanna and the entire family. I had the honor of working with Bob for over 30 years and have never known a more humble, knowledgeable and kind man. I continued to learn from him every day I spent with
