What an incredible man and a life well lived. Everyone who knows him will grieve this loss. I hope he is playing golf and sitting with his wife in heaven. Sending many condolences to the entire Mion family.

I first met Bob Mion when he was an instructor of bowhunting safety at a local archery club, many years ago. He gave me my bowhunting safety certification. Then when I joined C&H Sportsmen Club, when he was President. I wanted to develop an archery range for the club and Bob led me to get it passed and completed. I had great respect and admiration for his desire to promote hunting sportsmanship. We met for many private conversations about the club over breakfast or at the Sons of Italy for a beer. Bob was a mentor to me for his giving ways to teach the younger, up and coming, to the sports of archery, shooting sports and hunting, as he was a teacher to his sons. His son and my hood friend Mike would tell me of the many stories and memories he had in the field with his dad and brother Bob. We will all miss this proud man and father. My sincere condolences to all of his family. It was my honor to have known Bob and this is submitted with my great respect for him. May God´s face smile on Bob and may the Lord welcome him in His loving arms. Off to better hunting grounds with your son and loved ones, my friend Bob.
Respectfully,
Gary Brodbeck
