Robert Nathaniel Moore, 68, of Halifax, Virginia passed away on February 15, 2025.
Robert is survived by his wife of 47 years, Wanda Adams Moore of Halifax; his children, Lindsay Moore Allred (Timothy) of Clover, Robert Jason Moore (Jennifer) of South Boston; his grandchildren, Olivia Loraine Moore, Jacob Elijah Moore, Haley Carlene Allred, and Erin McKenzie Gordon.
Additionally, he is survived by his sisters, Janie M. Vaughan of Halifax, Mary Robertson of Sanford, NC, Linda M. West of Valdese, NC.
He was predeceased by his parents, Harvey James Moore and Mary Seamster Moore; and his sister, Irene M. Coates.
Robert attended South Boston Church of God. He enjoyed the beach, fishing, watching sports of all kinds, and most of all he loved playing in the pool with his grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Stewart officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home, and other times at the home of Jason and Jennifer Moore, 1113 Seven Oaks Drive, South Boston, VA.
