Navy veteran, mail handler Robert Franklin Morton, 70, of Orange, N.J., passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014. Born in Newark, N.J., Robert was a lifelong resident of Orange. He was a mail handler for the United States Postal Service (bulk center) in Jersey City, N.J., for 16 years. He was also a Navy veteran. Robert was the beloved father of Damon Stokes and his wife, Priscilla, and Nicole Stokes; loving grandfather of Izaiyah, Donovan, and Lisa, and dear brother of Victor Morton and Bridgette. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. This Online Memorial has been created to commemorate the life of Robert Franklin Morton.
