Services for Joe will be announced soon.
Joe will be remembered for being a skilled mechanic. He loved the outdoors and spent much of his spare time either deer hunting or fishing.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Robert Stephen Moseman; brother, Richard Allen Moseman; stepfather, Leslie Raymond Strange; and maternal grandparents, Martha and Ivan Odell.
Joe is survived by wife, Christina Moseman; daughter, Shannon Jo Peternel (husband, William) of Currituck, NC; grandsons, Drew Peternel and Clayton Peternel; mother, Elaine Odell Moseman Strange; brother, Randy Al Moseman (wife, Crystal) of Crewe, VA.

In lieu of flowers Joe's family asks that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in his name.
