I just read Bob´s obituary, i´m so sorry for your loss.

Susan and I were sad to learn of Bob's passing. He was one of a kind - always happy to see you - always had a story or memory to make you smile. He and Marti were a wonderful couple who made everyone feel welcome. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our wish is for Marti to be comforted by her friends, family and her memories of Bob

I was truly saddened to learn of Bob's sudden passing. I considered him to be a good friend by having known him for over 60 years. Although I moved away from Michigan after college, I always looked forward to seeing Bob at our high school reunions. He would always greet me with the same three words: "Hey John White" and we would resume our friendship as if there had been no absence of time between us. Bob had one of the greatest laughs of anyone I knew, so much so that I can still hear, and visualize it, as I write this message.

I also recall when Bob and I had a rather significant "run in" one night in high school. It was during a rainy night where our two cars collided, resulting in the totaling of both cars. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and on the positive side, it became a running joke between us as to who was at fault.

My thoughts and prayers are with his wonderful wife, Marti, and with his entire family at this time. God Bless you all. Bob will be missed by many, but his wonderful memory will live on with each of us. I will continue to miss hearing his usual three word greeting a lot. God Bless you Bob and thank you for being my friend.
