The town of Newington knew they could rely on him to care for their home improvement needs. He was also a devout parishioner of St. Marys Church for many years participating in retreat weekends often. Bob was also proud to be a Marine and to be involved in many duties after active duty such as performing military honors for fallen veterans. He leaves behind his cherished wife of 51 years, Francoise, his sons Stephen Ouellette and his partner Christie Tine and Kevin Ouellette and his partner Lindsay Burt and her children Kevin and Audrey.
