It was a pleasure knowing and working with you at the Pueblo Chemical Depot. Until we meet again. Condolences to all your friends and family.

I will always have the utmost respect for Robert, his service to the country as a US Marine, city as a police Officer and county as a deputy. He will always be remembered for his humor and laughter he brought to the guard force. He had a good solid work ethic and never complained and accepted all assignments given to him. He was an excellent Field Training Officer who trained many new oncoming personnel. I truly enjoyed working side by side with him, joking and getting the job done. He will be missed......Godspeed my brother.

Bob was a wonderful Man. We started at the Depot together [2004]. Bob always led you in the right direction. He was a pleasure to serve with 10X over.

I was fortunate to work at the Pueblo Chemical Depot in the logistics department and running into Bob every couple days a week. Bob and I would chat about life, family, and the day-to-day craziness of working at the depot. Bob was always laughing and was a great guy to know and work with.

Great man and a joy to work with. I remember my depot days, and Pacheco would get on me about doing the right thing even when others weren´t around . Always respected his character and his dedication. He was a loving, hard-working man, always spoke and showed much class . Pleasure to see him coming through the front gate to steal some overtime and I´ll be in prayer for his soul and family and friends he left behind . God bless his loving soul
